Fanlet(App Store 上的名称也包含“粉丝数”或“Followers Count”)是一款 iPhone App,用来查看社交平台账号的公开粉丝数。
App 使用 Google 的两项服务:Google Analytics for Firebase 和 Firebase Crashlytics。
App
Google
这些数据会传到 Google 位于中国大陆境外的服务器,接收方是 Google(Google LLC 及其关联公司)。
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-11-07
Applies to Fanlet for iOS, version 2.0.0 and later
Fanlet (also listed on the App Store with “Followers Count” or “粉丝数” in its name) shows the public follower counts of social media accounts on your iPhone. This policy explains what data the app handles, how it handles it, and how you can delete it.
At a glance
- The accounts you add, with their nicknames, avatars and follower counts, are stored on your device. We don't receive them.
- The app asks each platform for follower counts directly, with no server of ours in between. We don't run such a server.
- The app uses Google's Firebase to measure usage and collect crash information. This data doesn't include account usernames, nicknames, links, follower counts or anything you type, and it isn't used for advertising or tracking. You can turn this off in the app's settings at any time. In the EU, the UK, mainland China and some other regions, the app asks for your consent before starting it.
- You don't sign up or sign in. The app doesn't ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and it has no ads.
- Deleting an account or removing the app deletes that account data from your device.
Accounts you add
When you add an account, you type a username or paste a link. The app then stores:
- the platform and the account's username or profile link
- the nickname, avatar image and follower count the platform returns
- one follower count per day for each account
- the style and goal you pick for the account
This data stays in the app's storage on your device, shared by the app and its widgets. It isn't sent to us or to other third parties. The only part that leaves your device is the username or profile link, which goes to the matching platform when the app looks the account up (see the next section). If you use iCloud or computer backups, this data may be included in them. Apple and you manage those backups.
You can add any public account, not just your own. The app doesn't need you to sign in to these platforms and never asks for a platform password.
Your device also stores settings such as the refresh interval, the product IDs you've bought, the trial end date, your choice about usage data, your App Store storefront code, a snapshot of the widgets on your Home Screen and your purchase status.
What platforms can see during a lookup
The app and its widgets send requests over HTTPS directly to each account's platform to read its public nickname, avatar and follower count. The requests don't pass through us. Lookups happen while you use the app, and widgets also run them in the background on a schedule. The supported platforms are X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Pinterest, Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, Jike, Zhihu and SSPai.
This works much like opening the account's public page in a browser, so the platform can see:
- your IP address and the time of the request
- which account is being looked up
- routine request details, such as browser or device type and language
A platform may store cookies in the app to recognize later requests. Cookies only go back to the platform that set them, and the app doesn't send them to us. Douyin profiles load in a hidden web view inside the app, where the page's own scripts run as they would in a browser. Widgets don't look up Douyin.
Each platform's own privacy policy covers how it handles this information.
Clipboard
The app only checks the clipboard on the add-account page, when you switch back to the app. It first asks iOS whether the content looks like a link (or a number, on the Bilibili page), which doesn't reveal the content. If it does, the app reads the content (iOS may ask you to allow pasting), puts it in the link field and tries to parse it.
To find the account, the app may open that link or look the account up on the platform, and the platform can see that visit. The app only opens links on a platform's own domains, including its short links (such as okjk.co and pin.it). It doesn't open links to other sites. The clipboard content isn't sent to us, and usage data only records that the attempt came from the clipboard. The content isn't saved unless you confirm adding the account.
Usage and crash information
The app uses two Google services: Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. The widgets don't include them. They only keep a tally of successful and failed fetches on your device, which the app sends when you open it.
Consent and turning it off
The app works out your region from your App Store storefront, not from your system language, system region or IP address. If your storefront is an EU country, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the UK, Switzerland or mainland China, or if the app can't determine your storefront, it asks for your consent first. It asks once, after the welcome screen, and only starts these services if you agree. Events from before you answer stay in memory: they're sent if you agree and discarded if you don't. Widgets don't count fetches during that time.
On other storefronts, these services are on by default. Once you've made a choice, the app follows it. If you haven't made one and later move to one of the storefronts above, the app stops collecting and asks you first.
Wherever you are, you can turn them off at any time with Share Usage Data and Error Reports, in the Privacy section of Settings. If you don't agree or you turn them off, both services stop, and the Analytics data and installation ID on your device, any crash reports not yet uploaded and the fetch tallies are cleared, and widgets stop counting. Data already uploaded is deleted on the schedule below. The app and widgets keep working as before. If you turn them back on, you count as a new installation.
There's one exception: if you turn them on and then off within about 10 seconds, one session-start record from that launch is still sent. It's created while they're on, and no new records follow.
What's collected
- Usage
- Which screens you open and which features you use, such as adding an account, picking a style, opening the purchase page or sharing; which widget styles and sizes are on your Home Screen, and how many widgets and accounts you have; which platforms you add; how many fetches succeeded or failed on each platform; and app opens and time spent. These records carry only fixed values, such as a platform name, a style name, a failure reason or a count.
- Purchases
- Opening the purchase page, starting a purchase, and purchases that are completed, unfinished, restored or refunded, with the product, price and currency, plus whether you're in the trial, past it or have bought. Transaction IDs aren't included.
- Device and app
- Device model, iOS version, language and app version.
- Identifiers
- An ID that Analytics creates for each installation, Apple's identifier for vendors (IDFV), and a Crashlytics installation ID. They tell installations apart and don't include your name or Apple Account.
- Approximate location
- An approximate region that Analytics works out from your IP address. The app doesn't use Location Services.
- Crashes and errors
- The stack trace and device state at a crash, such as free memory and disk space, and the error type and platform name when a lookup or local storage operation fails.
What's not collected
Account usernames, nicknames, avatars, links, follower counts and anything you type. The app doesn't set a user ID either.
What it's used for
To see how features are used and improve the app, to find and fix crashes, and to notice when a platform change breaks lookups.
Not used for tracking
The app doesn't use the advertising identifier (IDFA), doesn't ask for tracking permission and has no ads. We don't sell this data or combine it with other companies' data for advertising.
How Google protects the data
Google processes this data as our service provider. It's sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and Firebase and Google Analytics have ISO 27001 certification. Google may process it in the United States and in other countries where Google or its agents have facilities. We only use third parties that protect your data to the same or an equal standard as this policy. See Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy.
How long it's kept
Crashlytics keeps crash data for 90 days, then starts removing it. Analytics keeps user-level and event-level data for 14 months, then deletes it automatically. Aggregated reports may be kept longer.
Purchases and the trial
Apple handles in-app purchases and restores through the App Store. Your payment details and Apple Account aren't given to the app. Through Apple's StoreKit, the app reads which product was bought, whether the transaction is valid, whether it was refunded or revoked, and your App Store region, so it can unlock features and show the right product. The product IDs you've bought are stored on your device. See the Apple Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchases.
To work out the free trial, the app stores the time you first opened it in the iOS Keychain. It doesn't leave your device except in device backups, and it isn't synced through iCloud Keychain.
Feedback emails
When you tap Submit Feedback, the app opens an email. In the app's own mail sheet, the body is pre-filled with your device model, iOS version and app version, and you can edit or delete them before sending. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself.
We receive your email address, your message and anything you attach, and use them only to reply and solve the problem. Our email provider, currently Google (Gmail), stores them. We keep them for at most 12 months after the problem is solved, and you can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Keeping and deleting data
Data on your device stays there until you delete it.
- Delete one account: On Home, open Account List, then swipe left on the account or tap Edit. Its avatar and daily counts are deleted with it.
- Delete everything on your device: Remove the app. Its accounts, daily counts and settings go with it.
- The one item that may remain: The first-open time in the iOS Keychain. iOS may keep it after you remove the app, so reinstalling doesn't restart the trial. It's only a date, and erasing the device clears it.
- Stop usage and crash collection, or withdraw consent: Turn off Share Usage Data and Error Reports in the Privacy section of Settings. Data on your device that hasn't been uploaded is cleared, and data already uploaded is deleted on the schedule above. The app and widgets keep working. Removing the app also stops collection.
- Data in Firebase: This data doesn't carry your name, email or account usernames, so we usually can't tell which records are yours. You can still write to us and we'll do what we can.
- Purchase records: Apple keeps them with your Apple Account.
- Feedback emails: Write to us and we'll delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit how we handle it, or to complain to a regulator. Write to us if you need any of these.
If your App Store storefront is an EU country, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the UK or Switzerland
We rely on your consent for usage and crash data, and on our legitimate interest in replying to you for feedback emails. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings. This doesn't affect processing that happened before.
Google may process this data outside these regions, including in the United States, and has certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
If your App Store storefront is mainland China
The app starts usage and crash collection only after you give separate consent. This data goes to Google's servers outside mainland China. The recipient is Google (Google LLC and its affiliates). See “Usage and crash information” above for the types of data and what they're used for. You can contact Google through the Google Privacy Help Center. Feedback emails are also stored on Google's servers outside mainland China.
You can withdraw consent in Settings, and you can write to us to access, copy, correct or delete your personal information. Children under 14 should use the app only with a guardian's consent.
If the app can't determine your storefront
The app also starts usage and crash collection only after you give separate consent. This data goes to Google's servers, which may be outside your country or region. The recipient, how to contact Google and how to exercise your rights are the same as above.
Children
Fanlet isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect children's personal information. If you think a child has given us information by email, contact us and we'll delete it.
Older versions
Version 1.x (then named “粉丝数” or “Followers Count”) may have sent the usernames of accounts you added, with the platform name, to Google Analytics for statistics. Version 2.0.0 stopped this, so if you're still on 1.x, updating stops it. Those records expire on the schedule above, and we plan to request their earlier deletion after 2.0.0 is released. When you update from 1.x, the app also removes the accounts and history the old version stored on your device.
This website and policy changes
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics tools or third-party resources. Its hosting provider may keep routine access logs, such as IP addresses and access times.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
